At Symphonia Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a smooth processing.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
